4. USER ACCOUNTS

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Be responsible for all activities conducted through your account

The Company is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

• Availability, rescheduling, cancellation, and no-show policies are determined by the respective provider.
• The Company does not guarantee availability, outcomes, or continuity of services.
• Failure to attend booked sessions may result in forfeiture of sessions or charges as per provider policy.

7. TRAINERS, DOCTORS & HEALTH PROFESSIONALS

• Professionals listed on the App are independent third-party providers.
• The Company does not employ, supervise, or control such professionals.
• Any advice, training, diagnosis, or treatment is provided solely at the professional's discretion and responsibility.
• The Company shall not be liable for any outcomes arising from interactions with professionals booked through the App.

8. GYMS & FITNESS STUDIOS

Gyms and studios are independently owned and operated.

They are solely responsible for:

• Facility safety and hygiene
• Equipment condition
• Staff conduct and qualifications

The Company is not responsible for injuries or incidents occurring at gym or studio premises.

9. PROGRESS TRACKING & HEALTH DATA

Any fitness tracking, progress metrics, or insights provided through the App:

• Are indicative only
• May not be accurate or complete
• Should not be used as the sole basis for health or medical decisions

10. MEAL PROVIDERS

Meal providers listed on the App are independent third-party vendors.

They are solely responsible for:

The Company is not responsible for allergies, dietary reactions, or food-related health issues.

11. SUPPLEMENTS & MERCHANDISE (E-COMMERCE)
